Around 1994, the Bounders, a quartet from Las Vegas NV, had been playing biker bars and blues clubs for a couple of years in the Las Vegas area when the group and the original singer parted ways. A new drummer and a decision to not depend upon a lead singer meant the band had to rely more on their penchant for jamming on tunes to fill out the five sweaty sets that they were throwing down every night. During the next decade The Bounders gradually evolved a music based on an intense interplay among the musicians. Blends of rock, country, funk, and blues are explored and permutated in songs that feature extended improvisational jamming.

The Bounders are: Jimmy Cressy on Bass and Vocals, Ed Bigelow, guitar and vocals, Pete Sheridan on guitar and Carlos Belmonte on Drums.
